Open the order in My Orders and choose Cancel order before the shop accepts it. Accepted orders cannot be cancelled in the app.

Eligible online payments are refunded through the original payment route. Refunds are not automatic yet, so contact support with the order and payment IDs. Read the Refunds policy for the applicable terms.

Yes — pick a different saved address before checkout, or add a new one from Saved Addresses.
