We currently deliver orders to serviceable locations within India.
Delivery time
The estimate shown in your cart and on the confirmation is our best guess from where the shop is, and it is an estimate rather than a promise. Delivery times vary with location, product availability, weather, holidays, logistics, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping charges
Delivery is charged per order, not per item, and the amount is shown in the order summary before you place the order. There are no charges added afterwards.
Delivery issues
If your order is delayed, damaged, incomplete, or delivered to the wrong address, contact us as soon as you reasonably can with the order number shown on the order.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address and contact number. An address the rider cannot find is the most common reason an order does not arrive.
Receiving your order
The rider calls the number on the order. Have your four-digit delivery code ready — the order is only closed when it is entered, which is how we know it reached you and not somebody else.
Payment on delivery
Orders are paid in cash to the rider at the door. Have the order total ready if you can; riders do not always carry change.
